What's on....
Many thanks to everyone who bought books at our Bookfair. As you know, every time you buy a Bookfair book, the library earns a percentage back as commission.
This time, the library has been given £80 to spend on Scholastic books from their website as a result of your purchases.
If you would like to suggest a book for the library from the Scholastic website, please do so by the end of the July term.

Our Reading Rebels Film was created to celebrate the World Book Day.
Our Rave Readers decided they would like to create a film and a display looking at books that had been banned and challenged around the world for many different reasons. A competition accompanied our film and display, students had to guess which staff were hiding behind their favourite banned book.
The film was shown in assembly and created lots of discussions and helped create awareness of the power of the written word. Staff and students had lots of fun creating the film.
